Cancellation Policy
Esthetics By Hannah has a cancellation policy of a non-refundable 50% of service price if appointments are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time. No Show’s will also be charged a non-refundable 50% of the service price to your card on file or added to your next appointment. A No Show is anybody who fails to be present at the time of the scheduled appointment or is more than 10 minutes late (service duration varies) to the scheduled appointment time and will be asked to reschedule.
